Once the Hiring Manager has read through the CV and the Applicant Summary notes (and spoken with the TA if necessary)

The Hiring Manager will have various Feedback Options:-

o   Feedback / Question

o   Reject

o   Make Offer

o   Set up an Interview

The Hiring Manager can do any of these directly within Hotlist.  Once the Hiring Manager has chosen the relevant response the TA will receive the relevant Notifications.

The TA would need to follow the relevant process depending on the response from the Hiring Manager.

Applicant Feedback

Once the Hiring Manager has read through the CV and the Applicant Summary notes, the Hiring Manager can send Feedback/Question to the TA.

The TA can click on the Applicant Feedback Icon and respond to the Hiring Manager with the relevant information.

The response will automatically appear on the Applicants timeline and the Hiring Manager will automatically receive a Teams Card.

Reject

The Applicants Status will have changed to Rejected. Depending on what the company process is, the TA may wish to contact the Applicant and let them know. You could send an email or make a note of the phone conversation via the Applicant Timeline, so it is recorded within Hotlist.

Make Offer

The Hiring Manager will send through details of the offer they would like the TA to put to the Applicant.

Depending on what the company process is, the offer may need to be Approved.  If the Hiring Manager requires approval, once the TA has received the approval notification, the TA would then contact the Applicant with the relevant offer.  The TA should use the Applicant Update process to move the Applicant to the Offer Made stage and provide the Hiring Manager with any feedback.  This will keep the Hiring Manager up to date of the process.

Accepted / Placed

Once the TA has spoken with the Applicant, if the applicant has accepted the offer that was put to them, use the Applicant Update process to move the Applicant to Accepted and provide the Hiring Manager with any feedback.

Once the applicant status is moved to Accepted (or Placed), if the number of positions for the vacancy has been reached, (ie, 1 position, and this applicant has accepted, or 2 positions and this is the 2nd applicant to accept etc), then the vacancy status will automatically change to 0 - Filled.

Applicant Rejection

Once the TA has spoken with the Applicant, if the applicant has rejected the offer that was put to them, use the Applicant Update process to move the Applicant to Rejected, and provide the Hiring Manager with the rejection reason and any feedback.
