Once the Hiring Manager has read through the CV and the Applicant Summary notes, and spoken with the TA if necessary.  The Hiring Manager will have various options:-

Interview Tab

o   Set up an Interview

 

Feedback

o   Feedback / Question

o   Reject

o   Make Offer

 

Feedback / Question

If the Hiring Manager just wanted to send the TA Feedback on the applicant or get them to go back to the applicant and ask them a question they can:-

o   Click on Feedback

o   Select the Feedback/Question option

o   Type the relevant Feedback or Question in the Feedback field

o   Click Respond.

 

Reject the Applicant

If the Hiring Manager wanted to reject the applicant they can:-

o   Click on Feedback

o   Select the Reject option

o   Select the rejection Reason option

o   Type the relevant rejection feedback in the Feedback field (this would be useful information for the TA to give to the Applicant)

o   Click Reject.

 

Make an Offer

If the Hiring Manager wanted to make an offer to the applicant they can:-

o   Click on Feedback

o   Select the Make Offer option

o   Type the relevant feedback in the Feedback field (this would be useful information for the TA to give to the Applicant)

o   The Vacancy Range should pull through into the relevant field

o   The Expected Salary of the applicant should pull through into the relevant field

o   The Hiring Manager can select a Proposed start date

o   The Hiring Manager can insert a Salary Offer

o   Click Make Offer

 

If the Hiring Manager is required to get approval on making an offer, an approval will be sent to the relevant approver once they click Make Offer
