If the Hiring Manager would like to Interview the applicant, then the Hiring Manager will have to set up the Interview stage in Hotlist Hiring Manager.

 

The Hiring Manager would need to be in the Applicants Profile in Hotlist. Hiring Manager can get to this screen in various different ways.

o   Dashboard – Applicants to Review section – Click View next to the Applicant

o   Applicants Tab – Select the Applicant

o   Vacancies Tab – View Vacancy – Applicants Tab – View Applicant

 

Once in the Applicant Profile, click on the Interview Tab, then click the Request Interview option (bottom right of the screen).

 

Interview Stage

Insert the Name of the Interview (Phone Interview, Face to Face, or whatever applies to your organisation)

 

Interview Information

Insert any information you would like the TA to know about, in relation to this interview

 

Interviewers

o   The Hiring Managers name will automatically appear here

o   If there are any other people interviewing, click on the dropdown arrow and select the relevant people from the list

 

Duration

Select the length of the interview (default is set to 30mins)

 

Teams

Is it a Teams Meeting – Yes or No

 

Chose timeslots

The Hiring Manager can suggest multiple options for interview dates and times – they are not selecting the actually interview date and time here – they are just saying I would be happy for the interview to take place anytime I am available, during these timeslots.

o   Select the relevant Date

o   Select the relevant range AM, PM or All Day

o   Click Add Date – that selection will appear in the Choose Slots section

o   Hiring Manager can add multiple dates and times

o   If you make an error, click Clear and it will clear all dates and times

o   Once all the relevant dates and times are in the Choose Slots section, click Request.
