It would be better if you set up the Approver Groups first.

What they are:

These are all the people in the workplace that have the authority to approve the creation of a new vacancy or approve an offer made to an applicant

An Approver Group Member can be assigned to multiple Approver Groups

How to Create them:

o    Click on Approver Group Members in the sidebar menu (only Admin and authorised users will see this)

o    Click New

o    Click in the User field and search for the relevant User

o    Click in the Approver Group and search for the relevant Approver Group

o    Click Save or Save & Close

How to allocate Approver Group Members to Approver Groups:

Click on Approver Groups in the sidebar menu (only Admin and authorised users will see this)

Click on the relevant Approver Group

Click on the dropdown arrow next to Related, and select Approver Group Members

Click + New Approver Group Member

Search for the relevant User/Approver

Click Save and Close
