Views:

The Timeline will be located in the centre of the general tab for the Applicants and Vacancies, and the Summary tab for a Contact.

Go to Timeline > + button > Phone Call

 

The New Phone Call screen will open.

Insert a Subject – this is a mandatory field

Insert who the call is from – this is a mandatory field

Insert who the Cal is to– this is a mandatory field

Insert a Description of the Phone Call

In the Regarding field, you will see: -

O   The Applicant information if the Phone Call was created from the Applicant Timeline

O   The Vacancy information if the Phone Call was created from the Vacancy Timeline

O   The Contact information if the Phone Call was created from the Contact Timeline

 

You can add the Duration of the Phone Call too if you wish.

Click Save and Close once you have completed the relevant information.

Phone Calls can then be seen directly within the Timeline.

You have the options to Assign to another user, Complete, Add to queue, Open Record and Delete the Phone Call.

 

Activities

You can also find your Phone Calls in the Activities menu.

Use the filter to sort by Activity Type > Phone Call

You can then see the Phone Call you created in the list.
