Views:

There are dozens of existing system views available to use within Hotlist, and you can either:-

o   Use Advanced Find to create your own views or 

o   Amend an existing view and Save it as a new view.

 

These views can be used from:-

o   the options in the Sidebar on the left (Applicants, Vacancies, Contacts etc)

o   Advanced Find or

o   Added to Dashboards.

 

You can add specific filters to your list to narrow down the information that you see in your View.

Use Advanced Find to create a View

Click in the search bar and then click Search for row in a table using the advanced filters 

You will see a list of the various tables within Hotlist.

Search for the relevant tale you wish to create your view for.

Select the Table and click Continue.

 

Follow the instructions in Editing Filters in a View to get the correct columns and also follow the instructions in Editing Columns in a View to get the correct columns.

Amend Existing and Save as New

If you know that you already have a view that is similar to the one you would like to create, then click on the dropdown arrow next to your default view and select the similar view.

If the existing view is similar to start with, there will be less changes you need to make to the View.
