What 

When selecting one of the options in the sidebar, users can personally select which columns of data to display when previewing the records, and they can use the filters to narrow down the information to get the View they desire.

If a user has created a well designed, user-friendly View that would be valuable and useful to others, a user is able to share the View with other users within Hotlist.

Where

You can click on any of the options in the sidebar menu and click on the dropdown arrow next to the View

How

Click on the dropdown arrow next to the current View, then scroll down to Manage and share views:

Click the ellipsis on the right-hand side and click Share:

Search and select the relevant User(s)

Tick the box and allocate the relevant permissions you wish to give to the User(s)

Click Share when you are happy
