This article explains how to share Dashboards in Hotlist with other users and your colleagues. 

Sharing a Dashboard is the easiest way to allow other users in your environment to be able to view the data you have. You can also allocate permissions to those users so they can either read, write, delete, append, assign or even re-share themselves. Dashboards are interactive tools which help users understand their workload through Views or Charts.

When sharing a Dashboard in Hotlist, you will also need to share the individual Views and Charts that make up that Dashboard so that other users are able to view the data you have. 

Where

Click on the My Dashboard option in the sidebar menu

How

Click on the My Dashboard option in the sidebar menu

Click on the dropdown arrow next to the default Dashboard and select the Dashboard you wish to share

You can only share Dashboards that you have created, you cannot share System Dashboards (as everyone should already have access to those Dashboards)

Click on the dropdown arrow next to Share

And select Manage access

Search and select the relevant User(s)

Tick the box and allocate the relevant permissions you wish to give to the User(s)

Click Share when you are happy
