What they are:

Everyone that needs access to Hotlist or Hotlist ATS needs to be set up as a User.

 

o   If a User will be Creating Vacancies in Hotlist - they will need to be assigned to the correct User Discipline, to be able to see the correct Profiles assigned to that Discipline

 

o   If a User is a senior manager and will be approving the creation of vacancies or approving job offers, the User will need to be assigned to the appropriate Approver Group

 

o   If a User does NOT need approval to create a new vacancy or approve an offer made to an applicant - the Roles Approved By field should be left blank/empty.

However, if the User wishes for the Approval to be recorded in the system - it could be set up so they approver their own vacancies.

 

o    If the TA user would like to received Teams Notification, as well as InApp Notifications, click on the dropdown and select Yes

How to Create them:

Users will already be set up by the Admin in the Admin Centre

 

If a user needs access speak with your System Admin and they can add a user.
