This section describes the process, of how to set up the Score Card that the Interviewer will need to complete, when interviewing an applicant.
The Admin will need to set up the Interview Score Cards and Skills in the relevant Environment in Power Apps
o Select the correct Environment
o Click on the Solutions in the Sidebar
o Select Hotlist (you may need to click on Managed to find it)
o Click on the dropdown next to Tables to open the options
The Admin will need to amend the Skill Rating Set, Skill Rating and Score Range Tables
Skill Rating Set
o Click on Skill Rating Set
o Click Edit
o Insert a suitable Name into the Name field
To do this either
o Click + New row at the top or
o Just insert the name in the Enter text field in the name column, until you have all the relevant names for your Skill Rating Sets
Skill Rating
o Click on Skill Rating
o Click Edit
o Click on the dropdown next to +??more to reveal the columns you wish to see and make sure the following are selected.
Skill Name
Insert a suitable Name into the Skill Name field
Skill Category
Click on the dropdown and select the Skill Category.
Is the Skill Name an Overall name for a Skill Category or
Is the Skill Name a Sub Category for a Skill Category, that will appear under the Overall name.
In the example below Trust is the Skill Name that Is Required to be answered - so this would be Overall
Reliability, Builds Trust and, Integrity and Ethics - so these would be Sub Categories
Skill Rating Set
Click into the Skill Rating Set field and select the relevant set.
Make sure you give the Skill Rating Set a suitable name, as this is what links the Skill Rating/Score Card to the Profile in Hotlist.
Make sure you insert the same Skill Rating Set name, for every Skill Name that you wish to appear in the same Score Card.
Sort Order
Once you have the relevant information in the fields, you can click into the Sort Order field, and select the correct order you wish the Skills to appear.
Example
1.00 would be the Overall Skill Name (Trust). 1.01 would be the first Sub Category Skill Name you would like to appear under the Overall Skill Name (Reliability). 1.02 would be the second Sub Category Skill Name you would like to appear under the Overall Skill Name (Builds Trust). 1.03 would be the second Sub Category Skill Name you would like to appear under the Overall Skill Name (Integrity and Ethics).
2.00 would be the next Overall Skill Name (Passion)
Keep doing this until you have all the categories in the correct order.
Is Required
This is where you decide whether or not the Interview MUST insert a score when completing the Interview Score Card.
Please note - you MUST have at least one Skill Name set as Is Required Yes, to be able to save the Score Card in Hotlist.
Skill Grouping
If the Skill Name is required, this field MUST be completed - please copy the Skill Name into this field - this field will show in the Score Card.
If the Skill Name is not required, this field is optional - the Skill Name field will show in the Score Card. If the Skill Name field belongs to a group like Trust, or Passion like in the example above, you could add this group into this field.

Score Range
o Click on Score Range
o Click Edit
o Click on the dropdown next to +??more to reveal the columns you wish to see and make sure the following columns are selected.
Insert a suitable Colour, Score name and Score Value
Import Data from Excel
Click on Skill Rating Set and create the name of your Set – following instructions above.
Please Note: Make a note of the Skill Rating Set ID number, as you will need to insert this into the spreadsheet. Skill Rating Set will need to be created before importing the CSV, so the system knows which Score Rating Set to assign the Names and Groups too.
Open your CSV template file with the headers and insert the relevant information into the correct columns
Once you have all the relevant information in the correct columns, you can now import your file.
Click on Skill Rating and click the dropdown next to Import and select Import data from Excel.
Click on Upload and navigate to where you saved the file.
You should get the Mapping was successful message in the Mapping Status – if you do not, maybe cancel and try again or click on the Map Columns to see if you can fix the issue and map the Excel file to the correct columns.
When you are happy click Import
You should get an Import completed successfully message.
Click on the X to close the screen.
Go back to the Skill Rating and check the columns have imported correctly.
