Views:

The Hiring Manager and other Interviewers are able to complete a score card, insert notes and provide an interview summary for each interview.

 

The Hiring Manager can complete the Interview Feedback from various different ways.

o   Dashboard – Outstanding Interview Feedback

o   Interviews Tab – Interview Feedback Outstanding

o   View for the Interviewer in the Interview Summary section of the Interview Stage

 

General and Scores tabs will be highlighted red and Save & Close will be disabled, until all the mandatory fields have been completed.

 

General Tab

Interview Details - This has details of:-

o   the Applicant

o   Interviewer

o   Start and End Times of the Interview

o   Location

 

Interview Summary

Interview Outcome

This is where you would recommend your personal outcome for the Interview – this would be the last action of the interview

o   Not Set (this is the default setting)

o   Progress to Next Stage

o   Make Offer

o   Rejected

o   Cancelled

 

Score Summary

This should populate from the Score Card in the Scores tab.

 

Provide your summary notes below

This is where you provide your personal summary of the interview.

 

Scores

Click along the score line, to give your scores for the category

Make a note in the notes field for the category

If you have any mandatory categories, you must make sure they have a score (then the score tab, will no longer be red)

 

The various categories in here have been set up by your Administrator – if they are incorrect, please contact your Administrator

 

Notes

If you have made any notes in the notes field for any of the categories in the Scores tab, the notes will pull through to the Notes tab so the Interviewer can see a general overview of what has been noted

 

Please note.  If you enter a score, then enter notes, and then change the score again.  It will show the original score in the Notes tab. Notes should be entered after the score, this will update the score in the Notes tab.

 

If you are interviewing for another Hiring Manager, complete all of your information and the Hiring Manager will see your feedback in the Interview Stage.
