When a Hiring Manager is creating the Vacancy, they are able to choose who the Vacancy should be appointed too – this maybe a TA Team, TA Manager or a specific TA.

Once the Vacancy is created, the TA Team, TA Manager or a specific TA will become the owner of the Vacancy.

If a specific person is the owner, they will get Notifications in Teams, and in Hotlist ATS.

If the incorrect person or team has been appointed, it is easy to change the owner of the Vacancy, so the relevant TA gets the correct notifications about their vacancy.

To amend the owner of the Vacancy

o   Click on Vacancies in the sidebar

o   Click into the relevant Vacancy

o   Click on the Owner dropdown in the top right corner

o   Remove the current Owner and select the relevant TA you wish to manage this Vacancy

The Hotlist Admin will have set up the TA Team
