Had a CV Shared with you?

If you are helping a Hiring Manager with the interview process for their Vacancy, the Hiring Manager can share the Applicants CV with you.

 

You will receive a Teams Card to let you know that a Hiring Manager would like you to review the applicant.

 

Within the Teams Card, you can click on Review and it will open up the Shared Applicant Profile.

 

If you have access to Hotlist, and are currently using it, you will also be able to see the Shared Applicants in

o   Dashboard – Applicants to Review section – any shared applicants will have a little icon next to the applicants name - Click View next to the Applicant or

o   Applicants Tab – Select the Applicant from the Shared Applicants section

 

Feedback

Once in the Shared Applicant Profile, you can read the CV and provide any feedback and select either:-

o   Interested

o   Not Interested

o   Question

 

When happy with the selection, click Send.

 

The Hiring Manager will get a Teams Card to let them know that you has responded.

 

The Feedback will appear in the Feedback tab of the Shared Applicant Profile.
