The TA will have sourced CV’s and will now contact those applicants they think are suitable to screen them and find out their availability and other relevant information.

 

Find the Applicant

o   Navigate to the Applicants Profile

 

Insert Source & Expected Salary

o   Click on the magnified glass in the Source field and select the relevant Source - if it has not already automatically been updated (where the applicant was sourced from)

o   Once you have spoken with the Applicant add in their Expected Salary (this will pull through to Hotlist so the Hiring Manage can see)

 

Insert Applicant Summary Note

o   In the Applicant Summary field in the General tab insert your feedback of the Applicant – if you insert your notes in here the Hiring Manager will be able then in Hotlist Hiring Manager

 

Update the Applicant

o   Click on Applicant Update and make sure the Status has changed to Screened, and add in any other feedback if necessary.

o   Click Save - this will not send the applicants details to the Hiring Manager, it just updates the applicants status.
