Navigate to Applicants within the Vacancy
Click on Vacancies tab on the sidebar
Click into the relevant Vacancy. You will see all the relevant information relating to the vacancy in the General Tab
Click on the Applicants tab to see all the applicants for this vacancy
Click to the right of the Applicants name to go into the Applicants Profile
Navigate to Applicant using Applicants Sidebar
Click on Applicants Sidebar
o Use the Filters on the columns or
o Search for the Applicant using the search box
Click to the right of the Applicants name to go into the Applicants profile (General tab)
Navigate to Applicant using Contacts Sidebar
Click on Contacts Sidebar
o Use the Filters on the columns or
o Search for the Applicant using the search box
Click to the right of the Contacts name to go into the Contacts profile (Summary tab)
Scroll down to the Applications section
If the Contact has been added to a Vacancy as an Applicant, the Applicant details will appear in here
Click to the right of the Applicants name to go into the Applicants profile (General tab)
Search Function
Use the search box at the top and type in the applicant’s name
