If the Hiring Manager get a message to say there was a problem reaching the app when they try and open Hotlist, then follow the process below and this should fix the issue.

If the Hiring Manager comes across the Request Access screen, then you will need to make sure the App has been shared with the relevant Account.

The Admin will need to open up PowerApps

Select the correct Environment

Click on Solutions and select the relevant Solution

 

In the Object section, Select Apps – then click on the 3 dots next to the Hotlist – and select Share

 

You will then get a pop up screen - insert the relevant Hiring Managers name that needs access to Hotlist and click share

 

They will just need to refresh their Teams and then then should be able to get into Hotlist when they select it in Teams.
