One of our great features is the link between Hotlist and the Microsoft Dynamics applications, which of course includes Outlook.

When sending an email directly from Hotlist this begins the automatic email tracking between the two systems. The email will store within the Timeline. The email will also be listed in the sent items within Outlook. All emails that follow within the chain will automatically track into Hotlist.

Setting up Email Tracking

System Administrator can set this up globally in the Power Platform

Go to Power Platform

Select Environments from the side panel

Select the Environment

Click on the Settings Cog

Click on the dropdown arrow next to Email and select Email Tracking

Make sure the Tracking email conversations and the Tracking between people are all On.
