What 

If a user has created a well designed, user-friendly Chart that would be valuable and useful to others, a user is able to share the Chart with other users within Hotlist.

Where

You can click on any of the options in the sidebar menu where you have created a Chart.  Click Show Chart, and then click on the dropdown arrow next to the View, click on the ellipse and select Share

How

Click on the relevant option within the sidebar menu (most likely either Applicants of Vacancies) 

Click Show Chart in the toolbar menu

Click on the drop-down arrow next to the chart name and select the chart you wish to share

You can only share Charts that you have created, you can not share System Charts (as everyone should already have access to those Charts)

Scroll down and select Share

Search and select the relevant User(s)

Tick the box and allocate the relevant permissions you wish to give to the User(s)

Click Share when you are happy
