Downloading the App
The Admin will need to set up DocuSign in the relevant Environment in Power Platform
Select the correct Environment
On a separate Tab - Open up Hotlist ATS
And in another new tab - Open the Microsoft AppSource link
Click 'Get It Now'
It will prompt what environment DocuSign is to be installed on – click on the dropdown and select the relevant Environment
Click Install
It will give you a message to say that it has started to install DocuSign
After a while (could be a couple of hours) the Status will change to Installed
Setting up DocuSign in Power Platform
Open Hotlist ATS, click on the cog and select Advanced settings.
Hopefully as you will have installed DocuSign into the relevant Environment (instructions above) you should hopefully have a section for DocuSign in the sidebar.
If DocuSign does not appear in the sidebar (this is a known Microsoft issue) then click into the url, copy it and paste it somewhere where you can amend it.
Insert the following url - https://(environment).dynamics.com/main.aspx?Forceclassic=1&appid=(AppId) &pagetype=webresource&webresourceName=docusign_server_configuration_iframe
replacing the environment with correct environment name, and the AppId with the correct AppId (which you will find in the url you just copied and pasted.
You should then get a log in page – insert the correct information – click Log IN and Accept the relevant Permissions that have been requested.
It will take a little while to set things up
A DocuSign Admin screen will open
Click on Account and check the details are correct. (If you ever need to amend the settings, click on Modify Account Configuration)
Click on Settings – If you want to Save the completed document to SharePoint then click on Enable - and Accept the relevant Permissions that have been requested.
Make you have all the correct settings and click Save
Click on Entities and decide where you would like to be able to use DocuSign and click Save.
Assigning the User
You will now need to assign a User so they can use the account you have set up. Click on DocuSign Users in the side bar
Open Hotlist ATS, click on the cog and select Advanced settings.
If DocuSign does not appear in the sidebar (this is a known Microsoft issue) then click into the url.
Delete everything after the Appid from &pagetype=… and paste in &pagetype=entitylist&etn=docusign_user
This should then direct you to the Active DocuSign User page
Click New to add a new user
Add in the Name of User in the System User field and insert the Admin DocuSign email address in the Docusign Email field – Click Save
Log into the Admin Power Platform and select the correct Environment in Power Platform
Click See All Under Users in the Access area on the right
Select the relevant User that need access to DocuSign
Click on Manage roles in the Direct Assigned Roles section and make sure the DocuSign User is selected.
Ask the User to log into Hotlist ATS and click refresh.
