Mercury requires a few Azure roles during the project phase and once you are live.  We never request a role we don't need but here are the reasons why we need them.

Dynamics 365 AdministratorRequired to provision and build the Hotlist D365 enabled environments in Power Platform.For access to Power Platform Admin Centre to assist with supporting your Hotlist environment.  Also requested if you need us to add new users to the environment.
Cloud Application AdministratorSetup Service Principles to integrate Hotlist with our integration services. Not required.

User Administrator

 

To assign licence to users.Required if we are assisting with ongoing user management.
SharePoint AdministratorOptional if you would like us to setup the SharePoint sites needed for Hotlist.Not required as long as we have Site Admin on the Hotlist SharePoint sites set up.
