Views:

Users of Hotlist MUST be assigned to a Security Group, so they can access certain areas within Hotlist.

Creating the Security Group

Open the Admin Centre

Click on drop down arrow next to Teams & groups

Select Active teams & groups

 

Now select the Security groups tab and click + Add a security group

 

Insert a suitable Name and a Description for the Group

Click Next, then you will get the opportunity to review the information. If you are happy then click Create group.

        

 

You will get a confirmation box so say that the Security Group has been created.

 

Adding Users to the Security Group

Open or stay in the Admin Centre

Click on drop down arrow next to Users

Select Active users

Click on the Ellipse of the User you wish to add to the Security Group and select Manage groups.

 

When the Menu appears click on + Assign Memberships

 

 

Select the Security Group and click Add

You will get a confirmation message to let you know the user has been added to the group.
