You can access the Knowledge Base directly from within the Hotlist software itself by clicking on the single question mark icon in the top right corner of any screen within Hotlist...
or by going directly to https://hotlistkb.powerappsportals.com/knowledgebase/
How
Here is a quick guide to some key features of the Knowledge Base.
Click on one of the categories listed on the Knowledge Base – Home page to go straight to a collection of related knowledge articles for a particular topic:
Simply click on the title of any article to see its full content:
Use your web browser's back & forward buttons accordingly, to navigate between the pages you've visited, otherwise just click on Knowledge Base at the top of the page to go back to the homepage and list of categories:
To freely search across the whole Knowledge Base, click on the magnifying glass in the top right corner of the page:
Set the filter to Knowledge Articles using the drop-down:
Click in the Search box and just enter natural language keywords for your search:
Click the magnifying glass to the right of the Search box to run the search:
You will be presented with a list of all articles that contain your keywords, with the most relevant articles appearing first:
You can use the filter to change the display order if you wish, for example, based on number of views each article has had, or average user ratings for the articles:
Just like before, simply click on any article title to see its full content:
And that's it!
