Activities in Hotlist are primarily classified as Applicant Feedback, Applicant Updates, Approvals, Appointments, Emails, Phone Calls, Tasks and Updates.
An easy way to get a snapshot of your Activities is to click on Activities from the sidebar menu and use the View finder to easily sort and find what you are looking for.
There are numerous system options you can choose from to make your specific search easier.
Once you've chosen your view or found the Activity in question, click the Subject line of the Activity to open it up.
You'll then be taken into the Activity for proper management of the specific Activity.
Activities from the Timeline
Activities can also be managed from the Timeline of an Applicant, Vacancy or Contact. If necessary, use the Filter to sort.
Once you've found the Activity you are looking for, use one of the options to manage the Activity as necessary such as Assign to another user, Complete, Add to queue, Open Record and Delete
