The Timeline will be located on the general tab for the Applicants and Vacancies, and the summary tab for a Contact.
Go to Timeline > + button > Task
The New Task screen will open.
Insert a Subject – this is a mandatory field
Insert a Description of the Task
In the Regarding field, you will see: -
O The Applicant information if the Task was created from the Applicant Timeline
O The Vacancy information if the Task was created from the Vacancy Timeline
O The Contact information if the Task was created from the Contact Timeline
You can add an estimated time for the task if you wish.
Click Save and Close once you have completed the relevant information.
Timeline Info
Tasks can then be seen directly within the Timeline.
You have the options to Assign to another user, Complete, Add to queue, Open Record and Delete the Task.
Activities
You can also find your Tasks in the Activities menu.
Use the filter to sort by Activity Type > Task.
You can then see the Task you created in the list.
